qualification requirements on applicant：1.具有有效期内的营业执照、银行开户证明、法人身份证明、注册资金100万以上，公司成立需要满1年以上。 2.法人授权委托书（含法人、被授权人身份证复印件，授权委托书需要法人签字）（报名时请将此附件在“其他附件”上传）（被授权人需提供近1年内的社保证明） 3.报名单位应具有以下资质：有效期内的CMA证书。 4.近三年类似项目的业绩（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同）（此项需要以附件的形式盖章上传）。 5.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、传统投标等不良行为（此项需要以附件的形式盖章上传）。
