2.资质要求：水渣立磨机维修、维护相关业绩，注册资金大于等于1000万；
3.业绩：水渣立磨机维修、维护相关业绩；
4.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、传统投标等不良行为；
5.凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本见平台招标文件附件；
