3.业绩：有类似工程项目业绩优先考虑（需提供至少三个不同合作厂家的合同）；
4.投标人近三年来在招标活动中没有骗取中标、违约或欺诈行为、提供虚假资料、传统投标等不良行为；
5.凡有意参与报名单位请按照要求提供资质业绩，同时签订《廉洁诚信合作协议》，随资质业绩一起提供，协议文本请与联系人联系索取；
6.以上资料需提供原件或复印件加盖公章；
